We communicate with the innate intelligence (also termed Energy) via the body when we initiate bioenergetic testing. It’s important to note that the innate intelligence is not the same as the subconscious. The subconscious can store inaccurate information, so we prefer not to tap into that source for personal health discovery, as it may lead us to unreliable data.
The innate intelligence is perfect and contains all the information the body needs for health and balance. However, there can be barriers in the communication between the body and this intelligence. Examples of these barriers include inherited predispositions, toxic living (both physical and emotional), and false perceptions or beliefs.
To address these barriers, we utilize holistic health services with the Qest4!

Carole completed the Naturopathy Practitioner Course in 2024 and AccrediPro's Integrative Health & Functional Medicine course in 2025. She has successfully fulfilled the requirements outlined by the Board of Directors of Qest4 Health & Education and is now Certified as a Bioenergetic Testing Practitioner. This certification enhances her ability to provide holistic health services that support personal health discovery.
